Fitness: 'Tis The Season

Our fitness girl Shellie joins us this week to ease our anxiety about packing on the extra holiday pounds. I dread this every year! She is sharing easy workouts to do at home and tips for staying healthy!

The holidays are approaching. Staying motivated to eat healthy and exercise around holiday food and parties is hard. Throw in some travel, and we often feel like giving up completely on working out and staying fit.

However, not working out for me means more stress, tiredness, mood swings, and anxiety. Who needs that during the holidays?  So, I make sure to plan ahead and keep a few things on hand so that I have no excuse for skipping a workout when travelling or short on time.

Make staying fit a priority this season. Don’t let the holidays or travel plans be your excuse! Here’s a workout you can do at home, outside, or even in a hotel room. With a little dedication and planning ahead, you can make it happen!
